• "We", "Us", "Our" means HAB Handling Ltd.
• "You", "Your" means the customer or business accessing the website or placing an order.
• "Products" means plastic storage boxes, containers, bail arm containers, bespoke steel stillages, trolleys, and any other goods we sell.
• "Bespoke products" means made-to-measure or customised items.

3. Use of Our Website

You must not use our website for any unlawful purpose or in a way that may damage, disable or impair the site.

All content on this website is owned by HAB Handling Ltd or our licensors and must not be copied or reproduced without our permission.

4. Product Information

We aim to ensure all product details, dimensions and specifications are accurate. Minor variations may occur due to manufacturing tolerances or supplier changes.

Bespoke products are manufactured according to the dimensions and information you supply.

5. Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Prices may exclude VAT unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time before you place an order.

6. Ordering and Payment

Orders for standard plastic boxes can be placed directly through our website using Shopify's secure checkout.

Payment methods may include debit/credit card and other methods offered at checkout.

An order is only accepted once payment has been processed and we send you an order confirmation email.

7. Bespoke Orders

For bespoke steel stillages, trolleys and other custom products:

• You are responsible for providing accurate dimensions and specifications.
• We will issue a quotation and estimated lead time.
• Production begins only after written approval and any required deposit.
• Bespoke orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once manufacturing has started, unless the items are defective.

8. Delivery

Standard delivery for stock items is usually 5–7 working days within the UK.

Larger, palletised or bespoke orders may require additional lead time.

We are not liable for delays outside our control, including courier delays, industrial action, extreme weather or supply chain disruption.

Risk in the Products passes to you when they are delivered.

9. Returns and Refunds

Standard products:

We may accept returns within 14 days of delivery provided that:

• Items are unused;
• Items are not damaged;
• Items are in resaleable condition and in original packaging.

Unless the item is faulty or sent in error, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

Bespoke products:

Bespoke or made-to-measure items are non-returnable and non-refundable unless defective.

10. Damaged or Faulty Goods

If Products arrive damaged or faulty, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery and provide photographs where possible.

We will assess the issue and may arrange repair, replacement or refund.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

• Loss of profits, sales or revenue;
• Business interruption;
• Loss of data;
• Indirect or consequential loss or damage.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of any order will not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

12. Trade Accounts

We may offer trade accounts at our discretion, which may include bulk pricing or invoice terms.

We may change or withdraw trade terms at any time.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
