Returns and Refunds

At HAB Handling Ltd, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Period

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return items for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Bespoke or custom-made products manufactured to your specifications
  • Items that have been used or show signs of wear
  • Products without original packaging or with damaged packaging
  • Special order items that were specifically ordered for you

How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us at habhandling@yahoo.com or call 0121 798 1647
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. We will provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Pack the items securely in their original packaging
  5. Ship the items back to us at the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped, defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at habhandling@yahoo.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you, including return shipping.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us to arrange the exchange. Exchange shipping costs may apply unless the exchange is due to our error.
