Delivery Information
Standard Delivery
5 to 7 working days
For our standard plastic storage containers and bail arm boxes, we typically dispatch within 1-2 working days. Standard UK delivery takes 5 to 7 working days from order confirmation.
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 2pm may be dispatched the following working day.
Bulk Orders
For pallet quantities or large volume orders, delivery times may vary depending on stock levels and your location. We'll provide a confirmed delivery timeframe when you place your order.

Bespoke Steel Products
Custom steel trolleys and stillages are made to order. Lead times typically range from 4 to 6 weeks from order confirmation, depending on the complexity and quantity required.
We'll provide a detailed production and delivery schedule when you confirm your bespoke order.
Delivery Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order size and delivery location. For large or bulk orders, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Order Tracking

Returns Policy
Eligibility
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be in unused, resaleable condition
- Products must not be damaged or soiled
- Original packaging should be intact where possible
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
Damaged or Faulty Items
If you receive damaged or faulty products, please contact us immediately:
- Email us at info@habhandling.co.uk with photos of the damage
- Include your order number and description of the issue
- We'll arrange a replacement or collection at no cost to you
Please inspect your delivery upon arrival and report any visible damage within 48 hours.
Return Process

- We'll provide return instructions and, if applicable, arrange collection
- Package items securely for return shipment
- Once we receive and inspect the items, we'll process your refund
Refunds are typically processed within 5-7 working days of receiving the returned items.

Bespoke Products
Custom-made steel trolleys and stillages are manufactured to your specific requirements and cannot be returned unless faulty or not made to the agreed specification.
